Job summary

Legends Global's Tucson Convention Center is seeking a seasoned security leader to oversee guest, employee, client, and facility safety while delivering a best-in-class experience. The role emphasizes strong leadership, planning, emergency coordination, and event security in live entertainment settings.

The ideal candidate will manage security staff, coordinate incident responses, and ensure compliance with venue policies, laws, and safety standards, including union and personnel management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in public facility security operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field.
• Experience with union-represented personnel is a plus.
• Ability to direct, train, motivate and evaluate security staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises security shift staff and conducts briefings.
• Reviews equipment and prints event resumes with the team.
• Responds to emergencies and manages incident reports.
• Ensures camera systems are functioning and data is stored.
• Interacts with guests and all levels of management.
