Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Security and Guest Services Coordinator to oversee daily security, guest services, and emergency preparedness for the Tucson Convention Center complex, including the Tucson Arena, Linda Ronstadt Music Hall, and Leo Rich Theater.

The role requires strong guest experience leadership, event security knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with staff and vendors while ensuring safety and adherence to venue policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or security operations preferred.
• Must be able to provide clear directions during emergencies.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue security and guest services operations.
• Ensure crowd control and access management for the Tucson Convention Center complex.
• Direct and mentor security and guest services staff; supervise shifts and briefings.
• Coordinate with event staff and management to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns to management.
• Lead emergency response, providing clear directions and support to staff and guests.
