Job summary

Legends Global in Tucson, AZ is seeking a senior security leader responsible for enforcing safety policies, training staff, and coordinating emergency response to protect guests, employees, clients and the venue.

The role requires strong leadership, event security management experience in public venues, plus the ability to supervise shifts, review incident reports, and maintain secure operations during all events. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of increasingly responsible leadership in security operations for public facilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field
• Ability to discern security threats based on information from law enforcement
• Experience with union-represented personnel preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assigns security shift staff
• Conducts shift briefings with staff and provides necessary information
• Reviews department checklist and accounts for equipment
• Prints and reviews event resumes with the team
• Notifies supervisor of necessary employee corrections
• Secures property and doors for events
• Performs routine property walks
• Responds to emergencies and handles incident reports
• Interacts with the public and management
• Ensures security camera systems are functioning and data stored
