Job summary

Encore seeks a Sales Manager, Venues in Houston to guide customers through event experiences and identify solutions that meet goals, maximizing event revenue. You will cultivate hotel relationships and work within Encore's sales process to capture opportunities and support venue events.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, collaborating across departments, attending site visits, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred.
• Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by soliciting and securing business using Encore’s sales process.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments to service events.
• Attend site visits and planning meetings to support the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast sales effectively.
