Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a part-time Host to greet guests, escort them to seating, and maintain table and service area organization at our venue. Shifts run 8am-4pm and 3pm-9pm Tuesday through Saturday, with an hourly pay rate of $10.00–$14.00. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and matching.

The position emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and the ability to learn the venue system while upholding sanitation and safety standards. Open through December 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Previous host experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn to operate the corresponding system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon entry.
• Escort guests to their seating and check tickets.
• Maintain stock and communicate low stock to restaurant manager.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; dispose of garbage and wash dishes.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
