Field Advantage, LLC seeks an experienced Event Coordinator to oversee all venue events from planning through on-site execution in Tennessee. You will drive new business by leveraging relationships with clients, local vendors, and the community to secure bookings and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site coordinator for all events, ensuring smooth setup, execution and breakdown.
• Leverage relationships with clients, vendors, and local businesses to generate bookings and partnerships.
• Represent the venue at trade shows and networking events to market space and generate leads.
• Coordinate with vendors (catering, AV, decor, rentals) to meet event requirements.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and onsite staff for seamless events.
• Maintain client communication during planning and event execution.
• Troubleshoot onsite issues quickly and professionally.
• Grow and maintain a network of vendors and community contacts.
• Track event details, client communications, and vendor agreements for accuracy.
