Job summary

Learfield's Vanderbilt Sports Properties is seeking an organized, proactive Operations & Events Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and lead planning and execution of events for corporate partners at Vanderbilt in Nashville.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in sports/events, outstanding organization, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups, with on-site event leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in sports, events, hospitality, marketing, partnership services, operations, project management, or related field.
• Experience independently managing events and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate partner events and hospitality experiences.
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, catering, and on-site execution.
• Support gameday operations and partner activations.
• Manage day-to-day property operations and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
