Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales/events operations (preferred).
• Strong communication with guests, Sales Team and Management.
• Excellent organizational and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing event details and contracts.
• Handle RFPs and convert to won business.
• Coordinate site tours and paperwork for events.
• Support sales post-sale with follow-ups and billing coordination.
• Provide up-to-date BEOs and assist operations as needed.
