Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Applications Support Analyst to ensure PoS systems at venues run smoothly, with remote support and periodic onsite engagements across the US. You will handle data input, troubleshoot issues, and create end-user guides for better system usability.

Required are 1 year of PoS experience (Appetize or Micros), strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel up to 30% may be required, with on-call rotations to cover peak show times.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of PoS system support (Appetize and/or Micros).
• Strong attention to detail for identifying patterns and ensuring data integrity.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with food & beverage business operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Input PoS data: items, prices, discounts, employee credentials, venue layouts.
• Diagnose device malfunctions including software, hardware and peripherals.
• Author end-user guides to improve system usability for operators.
• Test new software versions frequently and thoroughly.
• Document frequency of issues and escalate systemic problems.
• Establish processes for faster, more accurate task completion.
• Lead on-call helpdesk during peak support times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to users with varying tech aptitudes.
• Travel to venues for software implementations and support.
