Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is hiring a Venue Application Systems Administrator to support venue and hospitality platforms including 24/7 Software, Momentus Elite, Simphony, and other systems. You will manage access, configurations, vendor relations, and event-day readiness to ensure smooth operations across hospitality, ticketing, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supporting business applications or venue tech.
• Experience with POS, ticketing, hospitality, or event management applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support venue/hospitality applications with role-based access.
• Maintain configurations, user accounts, permissions, and system settings.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors/IT teams.
• Support new implementations, upgrades, integrations, and go-live activities.
