Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Venue Application Systems Administrator to manage and secure venue technology systems across hospitality, ticketing, and guest services. You will handle access, configurations, vendor coordination, and event-day readiness.

The role supports deployments, integrations, and ongoing upgrades for new venues and initiatives, requiring collaboration with business and IT teams and after-hours support during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting business applications, venue tech or enterprise systems.
• Experience with POS, ticketing, hospitality or event management apps.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support venue/hospitality applications with role-based access.
• Maintain configurations, user accounts, and system settings to standards.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues; assist during events.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues and plan upgrades.
• Prepare runbooks, documentation, and training materials for super-users.
