Leonard Florence Center for Living in Chelsea, MA seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Green House Ventilator Program. Deliver prescribed respiratory treatments, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RRT license required.
• CPR certifications including BLS and ACLS required.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, gases, aerosols, and related care.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions; report changes to nursing staff and physicians.
• Inspect, test, and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote residents’ respiratory health and quality of life.
