Respiratory Therapist | Leonard Florence Center for Living

$42.00 - $46.00/hour, based on experienceFull-Time | 36hrs/week | 7:00AM - 7:00PM

Delivering Solutions that Matter

• Provide prescribed respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, therapeutic and medicinal gases, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory care services.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal respiratory health and quality of life.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions, reporting changes and adverse reactions to nursing staff and physicians.
• Review physician orders, administer prescribed respiratory therapies, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Inspect, test, and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure safe, effective operation and compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications for Success

• Current, valid Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Maintains required educational competencies in compliance with state and federal regulations.
