Rotech Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or RN to deliver in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support to patients using ventilators, oxygen, and related equipment. You’ll join a nurse- and clinician-led team focused on autonomy and patient education, improving lives outside traditional clinical settings.

External candidates may receive a $2,000 gross sign-on bonus after 60 days and another $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment.

Formación

• Active licensure as RRT/CRT or equivalent credential in your state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if needed.
• Education/licensure requirements per law and contract.
• Background check and drug screen as part of process.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain current respiratory patient listings.
• Provide in-home visits per policy.
• Conduct patient assessments (history, exam, diagnostics).
• Provide patient education on equipment and compliance.
• Set up ventilators and other high-tech equipment.
• Monitor ongoing function of respiratory equipment.
• Maintain documentation of services.
• On-call responsibilities during non-business hours.
• Adjust ventilator settings per policy.
• Assist training of other personnel as directed.
