Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to provide adult and geriatric respiratory care, under supervision. You will operate ventilators, administer prescribed therapies, document patient responses, and ensure equipment readiness according to hospital policy.

The role requires current licensure as a Respiratory Practitioner, BLS on hire, and ACLS within 90 days. Commitment to ongoing education and adherence to safety standards is essential.

Qualificações

• Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Practitioner.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• Licenses and certifications must be maintained for duration of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment.
• Set up, operate and monitor ventilators; assist in ventilator weaning as directed.
• Record treatments and patient responses in charts and MARs.
• Perform trach care and changes per policy; document changes.
• Perform equipment maintenance and pre-use checks; ensure oxygen and suction equipment are ready.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
