Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee approved vendor partnerships, support Fleet Operations, and drive procurement excellence across branches. The role emphasizes compliance with contracts, strategic negotiations, and strong vendor relationships to optimize value.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least five years of experience in fleet purchasing or vendor management, with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet purchasing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in supply chain management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong vendor relationships to support business objectives.
• Develops, implements, and manages vendor performance scorecards to ensure compliance with service standards.
• Serve as an advocate for Sunstate in resolving vendor-related issues.
• Negotiates pricing, terms, and conditions that deliver maximum value to the organization.
• Communicates regularly with vendors and branches to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
• Designs and executes onboarding process for new vendors and product launches to ensure seamless integration.
