Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking an Associate Vendor Relations professional to support the Senior Manager and the Commercial Excellence team. This remote role includes one in-office day per week in Birmingham, AL, and focuses on administrative, documentation, and coordination duties to enable strategic vendor relationships.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding documents, credentialing, SOP maintenance, meetings, and project tracking, while supporting communications and financial administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendor relations or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and documentation support for vendor relations.
• Schedule and coordinate vendor meetings and internal sessions.
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards for vendor initiatives.
• Track marketing funds, sponsorships, and invoices; liaise with Finance.
• Coordinate sponsorship logistics and events; ensure deliverables.
• Draft vendor communications and marketing assets.
• Prepare leadership presentations and stakeholder updates.
