Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Vendor Support & Relationship Management Analyst to strengthen our vendor management team. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to optimize performance, resolve issues, and drive value across the End-to-End P2P process.

This hybrid role requires 2+ years in vendor management, a business degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in vendor management or procurement
• Understanding of End to End Procure to Pay (P2P) ecosystem
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for vendors and resolve inquiries
• Coordinate between internal teams and vendors for smooth collaboration
• Assess vendor performance and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Assist in negotiations and renewals with favorable terms
• Monitor vendor compliance with policies and SLAs
• Gather and analyze vendor performance data for reports
