Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Vendor Support & Relationship Management Analyst to support vendor management practices, improve performance, and optimize terms. The role partners with Category, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance to align strategies while ensuring SLAs and compliance.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-person days at core locations including Carlisle, Salisbury, Scarborough, and Quincy, and remote work on other days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in vendor management, procurement, or related roles.
• Understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and vendors.
• Assess vendor performance and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiations and renewals to obtain favorable terms.
• Monitor vendor compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Support vendor audits and risk assessments.
• Analyze vendor data and prepare reports for management.
• Track KPIs and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance on strategy.
• Participate in vendor meetings and provide insights.
