Job summary

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, supply chain or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in vendor management, procurement, account management or procure-to-pay.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with influencing ability.
• Excellent customer service to optimize ADUSA reputation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and vendor management platforms.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Travel typical up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for vendors, research and resolve inquiries.
• Facilitate internal-vendor communications for smooth collaboration.
• Regularly assess vendor performance and provide feedback.
• Assist negotiations and contract renewals for favorable terms.
• Monitor vendor compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Conduct vendor audits and risk assessments for improvements.
• Gather and analyze performance data; prepare reports for management.
• Track KPIs to evaluate vendor initiatives.
• Identify efficiency, cost savings, and action plans.
• Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, Legal and Finance teams.
