Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Vendor Support & Relationship Management Analyst to support the vendor management team within the VMO. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent professional work experience
• 2+ years in vendor management, procurement, account management or procure to pay
• Understanding of End to End Procure to Pay ecosystem with ability to apply principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Excellent customer service skills to protect ADUSA reputation
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills for vendors and internal partners
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office and vendor management platforms
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Travel up to 5%
• Experience in grocery retail/category management (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for vendors, resolve inquiries and concerns
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors
• Assess vendor performance and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Assist in negotiations and renewals with vendors
• Monitor compliance with policies, SLAs, and regulations
• Conduct vendor audits and risk assessments
• Gather and analyze vendor performance data for reports
• Track KPIs to evaluate vendor management initiatives
• Analyze data to identify improvements and action plans
• Contribute to improving vendor management processes
• Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, Legal and Finance on strategy
• Participate in vendor-related meetings and provide updates
