Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Vendor Performance Specialist in Missouri to ensure timely and accurate completion of PM and reactive work orders by third-party vendors. You will be the primary contact for vendors after work completion, collecting and validating all required documentation before SLA deadlines.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and strong communication across multiple systems to support vendor performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, facilities management, service operations, work order administration, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience with service providers, contractors, or maintenance vendors preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Vendor follow-up and work order management to close out tasks within SLA.
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance before closure of work orders.
• Track vendor responsiveness and documentation quality for performance monitoring.
• Maintain and update status reports and systems with accurate data.
