Job summary

Oracle seeks a vendor management professional to oversee vendor execution across sites in the United States, focusing on uptime, safety, and quality. You will support end-to-end lifecycle activities, track performance against SLAs and KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues.

You will drive data-backed reviews, risk assessments, and continuity planning for critical service providers, ensuring documentation is complete and current. Regular travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in vendor management or related roles.
• Experience with critical vendors in uptime-sensitive environments.
• Strong contract and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and risk-management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor execution across sites, ensuring contracts align with uptime and safety expectations.
• Support end-to-end vendor lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance follow-up.
• Track performance against SLAs, KPIs, and safety requirements; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Site Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Lead or support vendor performance reviews with data-backed reporting.
• Support risk assessments and business continuity planning for critical providers.
• Ensure vendor documentation, contracts, and certifications are current.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements to strengthen reliability and service.
• Support service transitions, scope changes, and performance interventions.
