Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Vendor Performance Specialist to ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance work orders by third-party vendors. You will be the main point of contact for vendors after work completion, collecting and validating all documentation before SLA deadlines.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and experience navigating multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, facilities management, service operations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with vendors after maintenance and repair work orders.
• Monitor work orders to ensure closeout activities meet SLA deadlines.
• Collect, verify, and submit required documentation and reports.
• Escalate aging orders and documentation deficiencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports.
