Job summary

QVC Group, Ontario, CA onsite position for a Vendor Compliance Specialist. You will review vendor delivery performance, address non-compliance, and coordinate corrections to ensure smooth operations. You will act as the main liaison among vendors, merchandising, and fulfillment teams on compliance matters.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily vendor delivery performance and address non-compliance issues.
• Coordinate correction and rework of non-compliant product and process chargebacks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, merchandising, and operations on compliance questions.
• Build vendor relationships and identify poorly performing vendors for corrective action.
