Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee a portfolio of external law firms and ensure high performance and accountability. The role emphasizes advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and the ability to drive improvements through coaching and clear action plans.

You will analyze scorecards, KPIs, and reports, serve as the main contact for partners, and coordinate solutions to issues while adapting to changing priorities. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced attention to detail with data accuracy
• Proficient Excel skills including filtering, reporting, and pivot tables
• Experience with performance metrics, reporting, scorecards, or analytics
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong prioritization and deadline-driven work style
• Experience managing external partners or vendors preferred
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and accountability with stakeholders
• Experience in legal services, collections, or financial services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a portfolio of law firms to manage performance and compliance
• Analyze scorecards, KPIs, and reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to organize, filter, analyze, and present data
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned external partners
• Investigate operational issues, determine root causes, and coordinate solutions
• Monitor partner compliance and develop corrective action plans for underperformers
• Document performance discussions and follow-up actions
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving business needs
• Travel 2–3 times per year for partner site visits and industry meetings
