Job summary

RaceTrac seeks a Performance Management Business Partner to act as the embedded advisor for a designated business function. You will partner with leaders, HRBPs, Learning & Development, and Talent Management to drive adoption of performance philosophy, processes and tools, strengthening accountability and outcomes through data-driven consulting and practical support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Five+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, or related disciplines.
Experience consulting with managers/leaders on talent or organizational effectiveness topics.
Experience using workforce or talent data to develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary performance management advisor for assigned business functions, coaching leaders on goal setting, feedback, development, accountability, and performance discussions.
Analyze performance and talent data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend practical interventions.
Strengthen leader capability in coaching, feedback, goal alignment, and performance decisions; partner with L&D to close capability gaps.
Support adoption of Workday-enabled processes; provide feedback on usability, reporting, workflows, data quality, and manager experience.
