Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, invites applications for a Senior Performance Analyst who will calculate and analyze client performance using diverse tools and support the team with reporting and process improvements.

The role requires a finance-focused education, 3–5 years of industry experience, and proficiency with CRM systems and Excel. This hybrid position offers three days in the office and two remote days, with a base salary between $90,000 and $110,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• CIPM or CFA achieved or in-progress preferred.
• 3–5 years of investment consulting or financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe, PARis, and custodial portals is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of capital markets including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and projects assigned to Performance Analysts.
• Assist junior performance analysts and mentor teammates.
• Understand subcomponents for team processes and look for efficiency improvements.
• Help Investment Consultants and Client Analysts develop insights into client portfolios.
• Calculate, verify and reconcile performance returns using custodial data feeds and statements.
• Create and execute complex client reporting structures.
