Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, seeks a Senior Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze client performance across a diverse portfolio. You will support the performance team and collaborate with Investment Consultants and Client Analysts to deliver insights and accurate reporting.

The role requires a finance/economics background, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. A hybrid work model is offered with domestic travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred concentration in Finance or Economics.
• CIPM or CFA achieved or in-progress preferred.
• 3–5 years of investment consulting or financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe, PARis and custodial portals is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets (domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, alternatives).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and projects for Performance Analysts.
• Mentor junior performance analysts.
• Improve processes for the Performance team and drive efficiencies.
• Assist Investment Consultants and Client Analysts with portfolio insights.
• Analyze and reconcile performance returns using custodial data feeds.
• Create complex client reporting structures and respond to client requests.
