Job summary

Fiducient Advisors seeks a Senior Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze client performance across a diverse portfolio using performance tools. You will support investment teams, troubleshoot issues, and help develop insights for consultants and analysts.

Hybrid work setup with some travel; finance-focused background and strong Excel skills are required. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred concentration in Finance or Economics.
• CIPM or CFA achieved or in-progress preferred.
• Three to five years of investment consulting or financial industry work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and projects assigned to Performance Analysts.
• Act as a resource to new and junior performance analysts.
• Understand subcomponents for team processes and drive efficiency.
• Help Investment Consultants and Client Analysts develop insights into client portfolio and performance.
• Calculate, verify and reconcile performance returns using custodial data feeds and statements.
