Job summary

Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The Vendor Oversight and Contract Systems Analyst supports procurement, contract lifecycle management, and system enhancements within the Procurement & Vendor Strategy team.

This role partners with Legal, Information Security, Risk Management, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, timely actions, and continuous process improvement across contract intake, oversight, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, procurement, contract management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, processes, workflows, or reporting.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
• Support administration of contract systems (Ironclad) including workflows and approvals.
• Triage questions, troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain contract data quality and ensure records are searchable and reportable.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and training materials to support reporting and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate contract management and related processes.
