Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Vendor Oversight and Contract Systems Analyst to join the Procurement & Vendor Strategy team. You will support contract intake, lifecycle management, and data quality while partnering with Legal, Information Security, Risk Management, Finance, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes daily operation, process improvement, and analytics. A strong focus on data, automation, and system adoption is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in business operations, procurement, contract management, legal operations, vendor management, or systems administration.
Experience with enterprise applications, business processes, system workflows, reporting, data quality, or operational support functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze contract terms, pricing models, and supplier performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities; dashboard or data visualization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Administer contract systems like Ironclad, including workflows and user permissions.
Triage questions, troubleshoot workflow issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate complex items.
Maintain contract data quality and support data cleanup and searchability.
Develop dashboards, reports, and training materials to support executive decision-making.
