Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Vendor Oversight and Contract Systems Analyst to support vendor oversight, procurement processes, contract intake, and lifecycle systems. You will partner with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Risk Management, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistent process execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, procurement, contract management, legal operations, vendor management, third-party risk management, or systems administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, business processes, system workflows, reporting, data quality, or operational support functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to review data, identify gaps, and support timely resolution.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze contract terms, pricing models, and supplier performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities; dashboard or data visualization experience preferred.
• Preferred experience with Ironclad, contract lifecycle management platforms, SAI360, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Preferred experience supporting process improvement initiatives, user documentation, training materials, and system adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling.
• Support day-to-day administration of contract systems, workflows, intake forms, approvals, and notifications.
• Serve as a primary support resource for contract intake and lifecycle management processes.
• Maintain contract data quality and searchable, reportable records.
• Assist with workflow configuration, testing, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Information Security, Risk Management, and stakeholders.
• Support vendor onboarding, annual assessments, and information refreshes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, job aids, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes across contract management and vendor oversight.
