Job summary

Equitable is seeking an experienced Network Outsourcing & Oversight Manager to oversee outsourced support for Financial Professionals across life, annuity, and related products. You will partner with a vendor to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role requires regulatory acumen, operational oversight, and continuous improvement leadership. You will drive KPI reviews, performance metrics, and remediation plans while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services operations, preferably life insurance/annuities.
• FINRA Series 6/26 or 7/24 registrations active on hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary service/escalation contact for Financial Professionals and staff.
• Partner with outsourced vendor to resolve inquiries and service requests.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and regulatory expectations.
• Lead vendor-driven projects to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain SOPs and regulatory alignment through governance processes.
