You will act as a liaison between external vendors and internal teams, ensuring services are executed accurately and issues are resolved efficiently.

The role requires strong judgment, system fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, vendor-dependent environment, with independence in daily duties

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of vendor coordination or related operations role.
• Experience working with external vendors or service providers.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Attention to data accuracy and accountability for records.
• Professional communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for vendors on service execution and issue resolution.
• Provide timely updates on risks, blockers, and status to leadership.
• Assist with vendor issues and problem solving.
• Maintain records across multiple systems for data integrity.
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices; support month-end close.
• Use Excel and internal systems to prioritize service requests.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
