Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (Project Management) to lead the branch’s Customer Solutions and Office Support teams. You will oversee scheduling, dispatch, billing coordination, and AP/AR processes, while ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

You will partner with Sales, Field Operations and Finance to drive improvements, coach staff, and deliver strong performance metrics in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and development of branch Customer Solutions and Office Support teams.
• Strong communication across Customer Operations, Field Operations, Sales and Finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Solutions and office-support staff with coaching and development.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, billing coordination, AP/AR and related processes.
• Ensure high quality customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Leadership for cross-functional solutions.
