• Experience working with external vendors or service providers.
• Strong problem-solving with ability to prioritize and decide quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Attention to data accuracy and accountability for follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for vendors regarding service execution, delays, and issue resolution.
• Provide timely updates on risks, blockers, and status changes to leadership.
• Assist with vendor issues and problem solving.
• Maintain records across multiple systems to ensure data integrity.
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices, supporting month-end close and payments.
• Prioritize service requests and track outstanding issues using Excel and internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Assist with reporting, summaries, and documentation related to vendor performance and trends.
• Flag planned absences and PTO to support team coverage; participate in team meetings for process improvements.
