Job summary

Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC is seeking a Vendor Management professional to oversee onboarding of resource partners and due diligence, ensuring contract documentation accuracy and compliance. You will manage Tallie processing policies, training, and monthly reviews in collaboration with the Financial Controller.

You will develop scalable reporting for leadership, maintain vendor records, and drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency while partnering with Finance, Legal, Tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating and managing contract life cycles, esp. tech/service agreements
• Strong interpersonal and cross-department collaboration skills
• Solid project and process management across multiple vendors and tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and risk platforms; able to analyze data insights
• Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation best practices

Responsibilities

• Project manage vendor contracts through onboarding and due diligence; review, negotiate and assess risk
• Control Tallie transaction processing by setting policy and delivering training
• Develop and maintain process docs and policy updates for vendor management and T&E
• Create training materials (infographics, PowerPoints) for staff learning
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations during onboarding
• Maintain a comprehensive database of third-party contract information
• Provide KPI reports on operations to senior leadership and Board as needed
• Serve as SME for Dynasty’s VRM system and T&E apps
• Develop recurring, scalable reporting for leadership and Board
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
