Job summary

Turo is seeking an experienced Vendor Management professional to strengthen relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners, Verifications, Claims, and Trust & Safety. You will drive performance, identify root causes from data, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer and host experiences.

In this hybrid role, you’ll monitor operations, negotiate contracts, and translate insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in vendor management or related field.
• Experience leading BPO or outsourced operations.
• Strong understanding of vendor operations incl. SLAs and quality.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and align operations with goals.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong vendor relationships and joint business plans.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor operations across multiple tiers and functions.
• Gather partner insights and guide communications to ensure quality responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align operations with business objectives.
