Job summary

Turo Inc. is seeking an experienced Network Operations Lead, Travel in San Francisco to own the buildout and day-to-day operation of our delivery network. You’ll design logistics infrastructure, stand up mobility hubs, and run an operating model that scales from markets to a national footprint.

You’ll lead a small team and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partnerships to translate vision into a running system with strong SLA discipline and unit economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations/logistics or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end delivery network across airports, hubs, and zones.
• Stand up mobility hubs with staging, parking, turnover.
• Launch and scale Pit Crew as a service across hubs.
• Own network reliability with SLAs and incident triage.
• Lead Airport PM and Delivery Zones PM teams.
• Partner with Data to build KPIs and weekly reviews.
• Maintain cost-to-serve and unit economics.
• Manage vendor and partnerships for parking, turnover, staging and tech.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Eng, Data, Finance, and Partnerships.
• Plan for automation and future autonomous-vehicle capabilities.
