Qualifications

• 5-8 years in operations, program or marketplace operations with external vendor accountability.
• Strong analytics and data-driven problem solving with large datasets.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance management: run weekly scorecards, follow-ups, and action plans.
• Manage partner relationships as primary owner for an assigned portfolio.
• Analyze at scale using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify root causes and impact.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate failures into improvements.
• Operationalize new initiatives: own run-state, KPIs, and SOPs.
• Maintain SOPs, escalation paths, and process documentation for scalability.
