Job summary

Vetcove is seeking an experienced operations leader to own vendor performance and manage relationships across a portfolio of fulfillment vendors. You will analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify root causes and drive improvements.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate operational issues into actionable requirements, and build SOPs and KPIs to scale vendor operations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operations, program management, or supply chain-focused roles.
• Proven record of external partner accountability and performance.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance management across fulfillment vendors, including scorecards and corrective actions.
• Manage partner relationships and conduct business reviews with vendors.
• Analyze large datasets to identify root causes and quantify impact, defend conclusions with data.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to translate issues into improvements and write clear requirements.
• Build and maintain SOPs, KPIs, and processes to scale operations.
