Vetcove is hiring a Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across the US. You will own sourcing strategies, partner with leadership, and drive a scalable hiring pipeline to fill critical roles. The role emphasizes a world-class candidate experience and data-driven recruiting.

You'll work with a small, focused team in a fully remote environment, leveraging ATS and sourcing tools to optimize processes and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments and building recruiting pipelines.
• Strong communication and ability to partner with executives and hiring managers.
• Proficient with ATS and technical sourcing tools; highly analytical and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our recruiting strategy across all teams.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand needs and design hiring plans.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Implement data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting metrics and report pipeline health and performance.
• Optimize recruiting tools and systems (ATS, sourcing platforms).
• Champion candidate experience from first touch to offer close.
• Contribute to employer branding to attract technical talent.
