Vetcove is hiring for an Associate Account Manager on our Brand Partnerships team. You will support large partners with marketing campaigns, data-driven insights, and deliverables across the campaign lifecycle.

You will collaborate with data scientists and other managers to surface client value through reviews and strategic touchpoints, both over the phone and on-site when needed. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, client service, and a path toward independent coverage of SMB accounts in a

Qualifications

• 1+ years in account management or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong time and process management abilities.
• Experience developing client-facing reports with insights.
• Ability to communicate client requirements to internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for daily client communication and oversight.
• Collaborate with the Senior Partner Account Manager on recurring tasks.
• Project manage campaign execution to meet requirements and timelines.
• Generate, analyze and present detailed campaign reports with insights.
• Work with data scientists and other managers to deliver business reviews.
• Educate and onboard new clients, guiding best practices.
• Develop long-term relationships and demonstrate client value.
