Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Vendor Admin Lead to own vendor master data for Global Accounts Payable. You will manage onboarding, bank-detail verification, and supporting documentation, ensuring data quality and enforcing SOX controls across vendors worldwide.

You will separate vendor master from invoicing/payments, design access models, and partner with TPRM/IA to uphold controls while enabling scalable vendor operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor-master data management and SOX controls.
• Ability to validate documents and manage 1099/tax flags.
• Experience with onboarding and bank-detail verification.
• Strong data quality and governance mindset.
• Cross-functional coordination with Finance, IT, and Audit.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor onboarding, including intake, documentation vetting, and ERP activation.
• Own bank-detail setup and verification, including fraud controls and international formats.
• Maintain vendor structure and perform consolidations and deactivations.
• Oversee SOX controls: maker-checker, change-log, and evidence retention.
• Lead process improvements and coordination with Finance Systems and risk teams.
