SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Management & Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage vendor registration, maintenance, and onboarding, and to support procurement operations.

You will process invoices and payments, maintain vendor master data, and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to resolve issues, monitor documentation, and support day-to-day accounts activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Korean is a plus, not required.

Aufgaben

• Manage vendor registration activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain vendor master data and update banking details and docs.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor registration requests and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Finance and Engineering to resolve registration issues.
• Process invoices and payments following company procedures.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Support procurement activity including requisitions and PO processing.
• Maintain records to support audits and compliance.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding registration and payment status.
• Assist with procurement reporting and budget tracking.
