Job summary

VARITE INC in Ridgefield, CT (Hybrid) is seeking a Vendor Master Data Support to join the supplier onboarding team. The role involves data analysis and clean-up of vendor master records, ensuring accurate addresses, and deactivating inactive vendors. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP/SRM knowledge is preferred.

The contract spans 24 months, with W2 pay in the range of $27.50–$29.42/hr. Eligible candidates must be US citizens or GC holders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the supplier onboarding team on daily activities.
• Perform data analysis on the vendor master database.
• Deep-dive into vendor data to clean and enrich vendor master data.
• Review ordering addresses and remove or update as needed.
• Identify inactive vendors and block them accordingly.
• Conduct bank confirmations for vendor changes.
