Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join the Shared Services Record-to-Report team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining vendor master records in SAP, validating onboarding documentation, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with procurement and finance, perform compliance checks, and support audits while promoting governance and process improvements in a hybrid environment with three days in the office in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP or similar ERP in a shared services environment.
• Experience in finance and accounting functions is preferred.
• Familiarity with designing and standardizing transactional processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and validation of vendor documents (W-9, banking info, insurance certificates).
• Create and maintain vendor master records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APEX).
• Perform due diligence and compliance checks; monitor non-compliant vendors.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance on Vendor Documents and onboarding support.
• Support audits and maintain compliance logs and documentation.
