Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking an AP Vendor Master Data Clerk to maintain accurate vendor master data across Pipe & Tube systems. You will support onboarding, record maintenance, regulatory reporting, and Accounts Payable operations while upholding company policies and audit requirements.

Responsibilities include creating vendor records, processing changes, ensuring documentation is approved and audit-ready, and aligning records across systems. Strong Excel and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or vendor master data management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor master records in Pipe & Tube systems.
• Process vendor additions, updates, and changes per policies and controls.
• Ensure vendor documentation is approved, retained, and audit-ready.
• Maintain consistency of shared vendor records across systems.
