Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking an AP Vendor Master Data Clerk to maintain vendor master data across Pipe & Tube systems. The role supports onboarding, record maintenance, regulatory reporting, and Accounts Payable operations.

You will create and update vendor records, ensure proper approvals, and maintain consistency across systems. Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Education related to Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or vendor data management is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow audits and controls.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor master records in Pipe & Tube systems.
• Process vendor additions, updates, and changes per policies.
• Ensure all vendor documentation is approved and audit-ready.
• Maintain consistency of vendor records across systems, including terms and methods.
• Support annual 1099 and 1042 reporting processes for Pipe & Tube entities.
